Late October days with early morning mist over the river Wye and a frost in the meadow.  

The ponies have arrived slightly later this year.  They will spend a couple of weeks enjoying grazing the new growth after hay making and before the winter sets in.

The brook is filling up and the leaves on the trees are now quickly turning and falling to the ground.  Another Winter is fast approaching in Monmouthshire.
